Are you a business operating as a club for example a golf club, rugby club or similar?  Have you found your self having to hold 2 licences under the Licensing Act 2003 such as a club premises Certificate and a Premises licence and paying 2 annual fees each year for the privilege?

Under the Licensing Act 2003 bona fide clubs operating under a Club Premises Certificate are restricted on who they can sell their alcohol to and are tied by club rules and membership deadlines before non-members can use the club facilities. Many clubs applied for a premises licence to enable stress free sales of alcohol to non-members such as team supporters and guests at club events. This does mean ensuring the correct licence/certificate is displayed and in use at different events and can cause confusion as well as extra cost.

Did you know that you could continue to run your club as a club but only hold one licence so saving valuable club funds every year?

I can help you apply for a new or varied licence to cover all of your activities and surrender the unnecessary licence or certificate.
